COVID-19 Statement
To All Of Our Customers
At this difficult time we would like to assure all of our customers that we remain operational.
Our staff are being fully supported to work safely and effectively ensuring that we continue to provide vital support to those of you who, despite these difficult circumstances, remain open and provide services to some of the most vulnerable people in our society.
Please bear in mind that we are busy and our engineers are following the government guidelines with regard to self-isolation if required. We will endeavour to keep our response times as fast and as reliable as we can.
We have spoken with our supply chain and we are confidant that they have made suitable provision in terms of staff management and stock holding to continue to meet our needs during this difficult time.
We have also made the decision to stop our live cooking demonstrations and not to invite people to our showrooms for the foreseeable future.
